At FBC Damascus, we love kids! Our Children’s Ministry is a place where children can learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, build friendships, and have fun in a safe and loving environment.

We believe some of the most important foundations of faith are built during the childhood years. That’s why we desire to come alongside parents and families as they teach their children to know, love, and follow Jesus.

From Sunday mornings and FirstKIDZ on Wednesday nights to VBS, camps, special events, and more, there’s always something for our kids to be a part of at FBCD.

Loving Care for Our Littlest Ones (0-3yrs)

Our nursery provides a safe, caring environment where our youngest children are loved, cared for, and shown the love of Jesus while parents participate in worship and Sunday School

Learning God’s Word Together

Our children’s Sunday School classes provide age-appropriate Bible teaching in a fun and engaging environment. Through Bible stories, activities, music, games, and more, kids learn biblical truths they can begin applying to their everyday lives.

:: FirstKIDZ
Wednesdays • 6:30–7:30 PM • Ages 3 Years–6th Grade

Our midweek refresh for kids is filled with Bible lessons, games, activities, and time with friends in a safe, fun environment where kids can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith.

We are currently using Explore the Bible for Kids, a curriculum that helps children dig into God’s Word in engaging, age-appropriate ways while discovering how biblical truths apply to their everyday lives.

Throughout the year, our Children’s Ministry offers even more opportunities for kids to connect and grow through Vacation Bible School, camps, trips, fun days, and other special events.
